Plan Description:

CP - Continental Plan =Room Rent + Breakfast
MAP - Modified American Plan= Room Rent + Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner
AP - American Plan =Room Rent + Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

 

Arrival and Departure Policy:

Check In time – 13:00 Hrs
Check Out time – 11:00 Hrs
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. Later check-outs are available on request and are subject to availability. If arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be auto released at 1800 Hrs.

Reservation Policy:

Bill to be finally settled during departure time. Confirmation of reservation would be given only on receipt of advance.

Mode of payment:

All payments to be remitted in shape of deposit in ICICI Bank Kalimpong Branch in favour of HAVENS HOTELS & RESORTS PVT. LTD A/C No- 098105000011. Cash at the reception counter.

Cancellation policy(policy also applies in the case of part cancellation):

  • 100% will be retained if cancelled 3 day prior to arrival
  • 50 % of the total charge will be retained if cancelled within 4-7 days prior to check in date
  • 25% will be retained if cancelled within 8-15 days prior to check in
  • No retention if cancelled within 16 days or more prior to check in
  • In the cases where the guest has booked and could not reach hotel due to Bandhs, Strikes or landslides, there will be no retention at all.

Re-check in policy:

If guests unable to reach Kalimpong from Bagdogra Airpor, New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, Siliguri, Gangtok, Pellingand Darjeeling etc. due to natural calamity then we will not charge any retention for the first night of scheduled check in.

The above policy will apply even in the cases where some guests could reach and some could not through the same route.

Refunds Policy:

If any bookings are cancelled, the refunds will be made within 7-15 days of the check in date as per the cancellation policy.
